NürnbergConvention (F50-09) is a cooperation of NürnbergMesse with its NürnbergConvention Center and the City of Nuremberg with its Tourist Board. With the jointly operated NürnbergConvention Bureau, organizers profit from a single point of contact and concentrated expertise for all inquiries.

The NürnbergConvention Center (NCC) is one of Europe’s most modern congress centers. 50 auditoriums and conference rooms fitted with high-quality equipment are available with capacities for up to 12,800 participants, all supplemented by 170,000sqm of adjacent exhibition space in 15 halls.

Nuremberg is one of Europe's most capable and versatile areas. Economy, art and a modern and relaxed lifestyle shape a lively metropolis. All surrounded by 1,000 years of history and in the midst of an incredible medieval old town setting - the allegory of the German City. It is world-famous for its culinary delights like gingerbread, Nuremberg sausages and its tasty and diversified beers.

Nuremberg stands for culinary delights and a wide range of diversified food varieties: gingerbread at the famous Christmas market, pulled pork in a traditional Franconian restaurant, Michelin stared menus in hot spot restaurants, originally Nuremberg sausages in the historic old town or trendy new dishes at one of the hip foodtrucks.

Nuremberg is also world-famous for its tasty and diversified beers. Did you know that this region has one of the highest densities of breweries in the world?

Hall 3A of NürnbergMesse

With the new hall 3A, designed by the award-winning Zaha Hadid Architects, NürnbergMesse expaned its exhibition space to 170,000 sqm. It is one of the 15 largest trade fair companies in the world. A further Zaha Hadid hall is under construction.

Each year around 30,000 exhibitors and up to 1.4 million visitors participate in the own, partner and guest events staged by the NürnbergMesse Group, which is represented with subsidiary companies in China, North America, Brazil, Italy and India.

Start of construction on Hall 3C: Zaha-Hadid architecture for NürnbergMesse - again 

The dimensions and weights involved in the new hall speak for themselves: in this connection, 2,300 tons of steel are being be used (equivalent to about 500 elephants), the giant glass facades have an area of 3,000 square metres, gross exhibition space is 9,600 square metres.

The ground plan for the hall is designed as a trapezium with a length of approximately 95 to 145 metres and width of approx. 85 metres.

The height is 13 to 20 metres, the roof is therefore slightly inclined, which offers not only acoustic but in particular also thermal and energetic advantages.
