Ease of access, size and versatility: That’s what sets Messe Stuttgart apart.
The location of the sustainably constructed trade fair and congress centre alongside Stuttgart Airport, with its direct links to the A8 motorway and public transport offers perfect conditions for getting to and from the site. Event organisers benefit from the wide range of usage options provided by the 105,200 m² of hall space, 40,000 m² of open-air grounds and 33 multi-functional rooms in the adjoining ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart. That alone offers space for up to 10,000 visitors.
Consequently, these facilities enable several events to be staged simultaneously. With this infrastructure, Messe Stuttgart and the ICS have developed into internationally acclaimed locations for top-class trade fairs, congresses and conferences, as well as corporate functions and events of all kinds.
An additional exhibition hall will increase the available hall space to 120,000 m² by 2018.
ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart
The ICS sets new standards through its close proximity to the Stuttgart International Airport and the motorway, through its unique transparent class architecture and through its state-of-the-art congress technology.
The ICS is directly connected to the trade fair entrance and linked to the exhibition halls and the central park-like area.
L-Bank-Forum (Hall 1)
The largest hall of the trade fair centre is located directly at the Entrance East and has a gross exhibition area of 26,800 sqm. The L-Bank Forum meets highest architectural, lighting and technological demands. The all-round gallery (5,900 sqm) adds to the unique ambience and can be used for a variety of events.
Standard halls (Halls 3-9)
The Standard halls open spaces for a world of eventconcepts and offer excellent conditions for any occasion. Théy are partly fitted with galleries offering exceptional opportunities to stage very special event. Each hall has a total floor space of 10,500 sqm for up to 8,640 people.
Messe Stuttgart is delighted to see the high level of demand from exhibitors and visitors from all over the world. The Paul Horn hall (hall 10), opening in 2018, will also satisfy this demand in future.
The new hall with 14,600 sqm exhibition space will certainly complement the existing trade fair buildings and increases the total exhibition space of the Messe Stuttgart to 120,000 sqm.
Additionally, the Paul Horn hall now hosts new conference rooms for up to 650 people which hover over the large entrance area as a gallery.
Due to the new facilities, Messe Stuttgart has also reconstructed the West Entrance generating an additional 3,000 sqm, with a new service centre and restaurant.
Having the airport and subway station only 300 meters away, Messe Stuttgart will be even easier and more environmentally friendlier to commute to as in 2019 the extension of the U6 urban metro line, as another direct connection, will be completed.
