Meeting Guide Stuttgart Region
The biggest venue database for the Stuttgart Region offers new, advanced functions like 360° tours, information on safety policies and individual filter options. At present the Guide lists 140 conference hotels, congress centres and special loccations, and more are being added all the time.
The Online Meeting Guide has also a selection of framework programmes, which can be filtered according to the categories Active, Enjoyment, Green Policy, Sightseeing, Typically Stuttgart and Wine.
Housing Services
Would you like to help your participants find hotel accommodation? If so, we can arrange for room contingents and room reservations through our customer service facilities. Alternatively, you can publish our contact details or set a direct link to your congress pages. There's a fitting solution for every event.
Both the organisation and management of room contingents and reservations of hotel accommodation and ticket contingents is free of charge for you and your participants.

Numerous venues in the Stuttgart Region have implemented sustainable management systems and hold certification to that effect.
The Stuttgart Convention Bureau provides advice free of charge. Our services include Deutsche Bahn event tickets , arranging hotel room contingents and reserving accommodation with travel on the ÖPNV public transport network , and putting you in touch with the right partners and service providers for the organization of sustainable events.
