About us

NürnbergConvention is a cooperation of NürnbergMesse with its NürnbergConvention Center and the City of Nuremberg with its Tourist Board. With the jointly operated NürnbergConvention Bureau, organizers profit from a single point of contact and concentrated expertise.

The NürnbergConvention Center (NCC) is one of Europe’s biggest congress centers. It consits of NCC Mitte, NCC Ost, NCC West and a multifunctional event hall. 50 auditoriums and conference rooms fitted with high-quality equipment are available with capacities for up to 12,800 participants (may vary due to COVID-19 regulations), all supplemented by 180,000 sqm of adjacent exhibition space in 15 halls.

Nuremberg is one of Europe's most capable and versatile areas. Economy, art and a modern and relaxed lifestyle shape this lively metropolis within an incredible medieval old town setting - the allegory of the German City. Nuremberg's culinary delights (gingerbread, Nuremberg sausages and diversified beers) are world-famous.

According to these experts, no other exhibition hall worldwide offers comparable statistics. Zaha Hadid Architects successfully melded architecture, functionality, sustainability and safety on 8,400 and 9,600 sqm.

Imperial Castle

The Imperial Castle is the city's landmark. First mentioned in 1105 it was one of the most important fortified imperial palaces of the Old Holy Roman Empire. Until 1571, all Holy Roman Emperors resided - although temporarily - in the Imperial Castle.
Today one of the largest and most modern youth hostels in Germany is located in the former Imperial Stables.

Together with Nuremberg’s picturesque old town the castle underlines Nuremberg's role as a touristic highlight.

Meeting & eating / Nuremberg's culinary delights

Nuremberg stands for culinary delights and a wide range of diversified food varieties: gingerbread at the famous Christmas market, pulled pork in a traditional Franconian restaurant, Michelin stared menus in hot spot restaurants, originally Nuremberg sausages in the historic old town or trendy new dishes at one of the hip foodtrucks.
