The portfolio has recently expanded with the addition of Severin*s Resort & Spa Öschberghof, featuring a 5,500-square-metre spa and fitness area, a 45-hole golf course, five restaurants, five meeting rooms, and a 400-square-metre drive-in ballroom suitable for a wide range of events and conferences.

At the same time, the group continues its growth with the opening of the ATLANTIC Hotel Frankfurt in September 2026, offering direct access to the exhibition grounds, seven modern meeting rooms equipped with LED walls, and a spectacular 20 High skyline bar.
