About us

Leipzig is more popular than ever and growing every year. With its innovative and vibrant art and cultural scene, the city is on everyone's lips. This popularity also has a positive impact on the congress business.

Event planners benefit from the expertise of the city's service providers and their excellent networking with the university and research institutes, as well as with senior representatives of industry clusters. Leipzig's economic and scientific expertise is centered on the areas of medicine and health care, biotechnology, the automotive industry and logistics, as well as energy and environmental research.

The CCL Congress Center Leipzig is Leipzig's largest convention facility. The CCL features 23 rooms and halls for up to 10,000 people. In addition to its venue at the exhibition grounds, the CCL also operates the KONGRESSHALLE am Zoo Leipzig. The combination of a modern convention centre and a zoo with a high scientific profile is unique worldwide. The venue features 15 rooms and halls for 10 to 1,200 people.
